We want everyone's experience with A Refuge in the City to be one of hope and renewing.  Whether you are a Believer or not, it is our commitment to God to be so open to His leadership that by benediction, it will be said, we have truly been in the presence of the TRUE and LIVING God!

We strive to tear down the wall of assumptions.  We are committed to obtain understanding of each other by being slow to speak and quick to hear.
